All products are digital. Nothing is shipped by post. Most orders are activated within 5–30 minutes after payment is confirmed.

When the clock starts
Delivery time starts after we confirm your payment. Bank transfers can take longer to show than wallet payments. During very busy periods or when a tool's owner has an outage, delivery may take longer; we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
What we need from you
- Your order number and payment screenshot.
- The email address to activate (for email plans). Never your password.
- A WhatsApp number we can reach.
If an order is not delivered, you are covered by our refund policy.
