1. Our Services
We provide access to premium software and AI subscriptions to customers who wish to obtain official services at affordable prices. Depending on the product, subscriptions may be delivered as private accounts, accounts activated on your own email, or shared access — the setup type is clearly labelled on each product.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
- Discounts, coupon codes, and flash-sale offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
3. Payment
We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer. Payment details are shared on WhatsApp at the time of order. You are responsible for ensuring payment is sent to the correct, verified account details provided directly by us.
4. Delivery & Activation
Most activations are completed within 5 to 30 minutes after payment confirmation. Some subscriptions that require activation on your email may need additional information or an invite acceptance from your side, which can affect timing.
5. Warranty
Every purchase is backed by a warranty for the stated duration of the subscription. If a working subscription is interrupted within its term, we will repair or replace it after you report the issue with the relevant screenshots.
6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is open and customer-first. If we are unable to replace a subscription that has developed an issue, we will issue a pro-rata or full refund depending on the situation. Refunds are not provided for issues caused by misuse, sharing of private credentials, or violation of the official provider's terms.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information needed for setup.
- Do not change recovery details on accounts in a way that breaks the agreed setup, unless instructed.
- Use all subscriptions in line with the official provider's terms of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with the official brands unless stated. We are not liable for changes in third-party services, provider-side suspensions caused by misuse, or losses beyond the value of the purchased product.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
